The acceleration of tremendous technological and technical progress, and the emergence of cyberspace and modern means of communication were a means exploited by the perpetrators of cybercrime, in carrying out their crimes, which are no longer confined to the territory of one country, but rather exceeded the borders of states, which are innovative and novel crimes, which necessitated the development of the national criminal legislative structure with legislative intelligence similar in which it reflects the required accuracy at the legal level and other aspects and dimensions of these new technologies, in a manner that guarantees all mechanisms for obtaining electronic evidence as means of proof in electronic crimes.
