accordingly, the interest in city planning is one of the best civilized ways to achieve development, and this is by underlining comprehensive development programs that take into account a new approach in managing cities, in order to create a kind of homogeneity between all sectors and regions, as well as to redraw the demographic and economic map of the city, as well as to bridge the gap.

and the imbalance between all regions and valuing the capabilities by ensuring the achievement of sustainable development in all spaces, and this by ensuring social balance, economic efficiency, protection and ecological support within the framework of sustainable development.
