Abstract EN

This paper aims to clarify the importance of protecting the work environment through a comparison between Algerian legislation and international legislation.

the first contains several laws and regulations aimed at protecting the work environment, such as labor law, health and environmental laws.

Algerian legislation also includes a set of measures that must be taken to ensure the safety of workers in the work environment.

on the other hand, we find that international legislation also relies on international controls, agreements and a treaty aimed at protecting the work environment from all kinds of possible risks, and also seeks to ensure the safety of laborers.

this study sheds light on some of the challenges facing the protection of the work environment in Algerian as well as international legislation.

finally, the study comes out with a number of recommendations and suggestions in the light of the conclusions obtained.
