Abstract EN

The study includes clarifying the importance of the contribution of funding in influencing the nature of the work of civil society institutions, how to grow and develop the performance and effectiveness of these institutions in order to build a democratic state, and the obstacles before them that may limit their capabilities, and on the other side the effective role that these institutions have played in various fields, especially in Jordan.

the study concludes that there is a need to develop mechanisms for financing institutions through knowing the sources that finance them, whether they are internal or external (international) sources, and the reflection of this funding on some of the state's decisions and directions positively or negatively in accordance with specific frameworks set for it in advance by a body of legal rules governing its establish me, its goals, its work and its financing mechanism.
