Court to specialize in resolving disputes between constitutional authorities and interpreting constitutional provisions, a role that was not established before in light of the experience of working in the constitutional council.

in addition to what it possesses of great importance in the algerian constitutional system in light of what some previous experiences produced in terms of constitutional crises in this scope, which affected the good functioning of the constitutional authorities, this brief and focused study presents a legal reading of the most important provisions regulating the work of the relevant constitutional court through analyzing the most important texts and criticizing them to reveal the shortcomings that could contribute to the development of this important constitutional step.
