Abstract EN

The current study deals with identifying the quality of performance of primary school students from the point of view of the teaching staff in the state of Sidi Bell Abbes in the light of some variables, it also aimed to find out whether there are statistically significant differences in the estimation of the study sample consisting of (113) professors.

towards indicators of, knowledge structure, basic skills, values and attitudes.

the appropriate descriptive analytical method was adopted for the study the search tool was also represented in the performance quality form of Sissi Ahando Abdel Hakim Abdullah (2018) and it consisted of (34) items distributed over the three areas.

after analyzing, the results showed the following: there are no statistically significant differences between professors' opinions in the fields of knowledge structure, basic skills, values and attitudes due to the age and gender variable.
