The importance of dialogue and its various benefits appear as the most important method that appeared in the holy Qur'an, especially since many of the Qur'an's stories were built on it.

therefore, we stand on a problem related to religious and jurisprudential differences and the impact of dialogue on them, and what are the controls and methods by which it yields its fruits and benefits? this study aims to direct light on the controls and methods of jurisprudential and doctrinal contentious dialogue, and to warn against the persistence of the causes of that rejected dispute in the past, and to urge to make dialogue a means in advancing and addressing these ancient and contemporary disputes.
