Abstract EN

The study aimed to clarify the concept of honesty and development in Islam, and to explain the role of honesty in achieving renaissance and development, and the negative effects of the ence of the value of honesty in various important areas of life, and to suggest some solutions to raise individuals on the value of honesty.

The researcher adopted the descriptive approach, by monitoring and tracking what was written about the value of honesty in Islam, its role in achieving development, and the negative effects of its ence on various areas of life.

The study found the importance of honesty, as with this value commitment and mastery are achieved and interests, rights and duties are preserved, and in its ence, corruption spreads in its various forms in all vital areas of society, which leads to the disruption and failure of development, and threatens the stability and security of societies.
