This study aims to highlight the role of blockchain technology in the management of endowment assets and its ability to overcome issues related to trust and efficiency, with a focus on the experience of the Finterra platform in adopting this technology.

the study concluded that the added value of blockchain technology is due to the attractiveness' requirements that support sustainability, transparency and performance.

however, institutional awareness and the legislative framework remain among the issues that are most undermining to enhance the status of the endowment within the entrances to economic and social development.
