This research paper aims to shed light on a very important topic represented in monitoring the reality of financial technology Fintech in the Middle East and North Africa region in recent times.

and to achieve the goal of the research, the study conducted an analysis of various reports and studies on the subject, and we also touched on the challenges faced by financial technology in the region, at the same time we were exposed to the future prospects for the growth of this technology.

the results of the study showed that financial technology in the region is an urgent necessity for the financial system to raise its competitiveness and increase its efficiency in the performance of financial services.

therefore, radical changes must be made in the legal frameworks and regulatory practices, in line with the establishment of start-ups and the removal of all risks facing them.
