Abstract EN

The aim of the study is to create a model allow the enterprises to evaluate the productivity of strategic vigilance by benchmarking.

first we studied Enie, which is a public company and condor as a comparable partner, which is a leader private company in the field.

based on the KPIs selected in the model, the study allow to identify the difference in the level of the strategic vigilance productivity between the two companies, and define its real causes to correct and improve them.

the results showed that is a difference with statistical significance at a threshold of (0.05) in the level of the productivity of strategic vigilance between Enie and condor.

the results also showed that these differences are due to certain personal and functional variables relating to educational level and functional department.
