The twentieth century witnessed a huge revolution in various fields, and several new issues and calamities appeared in the minds of Islamic scholars, among which was the issue of milk banks.

where these banks appeared in the countries of the West, aiming to collect milk in private banks for use in breastfeeding children in need, and given these series of ideas to our Islamic societies, we had to study them from all sides.

this research aims to show Sharia's position on this issue for adoption or avoidance.

as for among the results that were reached, these banks are a Western innovation, with apparent mercy on children.

as for its interior, it is through the guidance of women that God will guide them.
