In this article, we aim to reach an understanding of the semantic architecture process of judicial discourse as a latent cognitive construction in the mind by investing the outputs of the conceptual metaphor theory as tool of the mind in complex cognitive processes in architecting the significance of judicial discourse, and the latter, goes through many mental stages that work to build its superficial linguistic image and design its semantic content so that it is capable of communicative performance, within this stages we will try to monitor the mechanisms of the theory in architecting the semantic aspect of judicial discourse by presenting the semantics of a set judicial discourses that we have reached by applying the outputs of the the oryin engineering the significance of any linguistic discourses, it is has been shown that the conceptual metaphor is part of the discourse generation, and it can reveal many implicit connotations.
