Abstract EN

In this research, we aim to confirm the necessity and the importance of training the teachers of primary school, which is a fundamental step in the formation of the learner's personality on cultural, psychological, social, and behavioral level; this learner who would be a productive and positive person towards his society.

The study aims also to affirm that the good teacher must acquire a good professional, academic and cultural training, based on integrated and concise programs studied and prepared by experienced trainers allowing the future teacher to invest these knowledge for the benefit of the students.

The good teacher must also have both theoretical and practical training based on the experience of teacher-trainers, supervisors and education inspectors.
