The study aimed at realizing the importance of the development of institutions in the process of political stability, clarifying the vision for the processes of development in Jordanian government institutions, and highlighting the role played by the King in dealing with political issues.

The study used the historical method, which helped me identify the most important historical stations in the context of the development of the Jordanian political system, and the analytical method, which helped me come up with a vision about the nature of the development of state institutions.

The study reached a number of conclusions, including: The Jordanian-British treaties formed dictates of the state of Jordan, and the king had no other choice, as it played an important role in the establishment of national institutions and political stability, and the consolidation of the rule of the Hashemite family in governance.

the emergence of political parties in Jordan that called for the formation of an elected parliament and a government accountable to it; In order to oppose the Jordanian-British treaties that detract from the country's independence.

The study recommended working on the need to enhance political cooperation between Arab countries through the exchange of official visits towards achieving integration at all levels.

And highlighting the historical role of Jordan in hosting Palestinian refugees in forums and events.
