Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the level of psychological burnout among nurses in government hospitals in amanat al asema, and to identify the differences in the level of psychological burnout according to the variables of sex, marital status, and length of service.

the research sample consisted of (200) male and female nurses.

the researchers prepared a scale of psychological burnout consisting of (20) items.

it was found that nurses in government hospitals in amanat al asema suffered from psychological burnout at a high level; it was also clear that there were statistically significant differences in the level of psychological burnout according to the gender variable in favor of males, and there were statistically significant differences in the level of psychological burnout according to the marital status variable in favor of married couples.

it was also found that there were statistically significant differences in the level of psychological burnout according to the variable length of service in favor of those with service lees than (3) years.
