About ten years ago, a distinguished elite of Tunisian academics, within the experience of the university and the Tunisian Virtual School, developed a didactic sense and good use of multimedia in teaching and in providing online curricula to their learners in order to provide a broader and more modern educational environment, these developmental steps definitely need in addition to motivation and conviction To a professional effort and a great commitment of resources and expertise to design and develop them within what is known as the virtual learning environment and its interactive and participatory strength.

However, this experience, which is not far from its counterparts in the Arab environment, cannot be valued only in steps that take great into account the legal framework and the physical structure for creating, presenting and protecting these performances, but also needs to spread a culture of conviction by virtual testimony and the efficacy, quality and cost effectiveness of teaching and virtual learning.

This paper examines the evaluation of the Tunisian experience of distance education and the possibilities of getting it out of the review and empirical framework to make it a comprehensive and high-quality educational methodology that allows Tunisia to falter globally in terms of educational quality standards beyond the 140th globally and seventh in the Arab world, after it was a pioneer and leader for هdecades after independence.
