Abstract EN

This study conducted in Khartoum State, from January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2020 AD, and it was aimed at identifying the obstacles that face the recipients and those interacting with Sudanese electronic newspapers.

This study conducted on a sample of students of the College of Call and Media, University of the Holy Qur’an and Islamic Sciences, and students of the College of Communication Sciences, University of Sudan and Technology.

The researcher selected the sample by means of a random sample.

In this study the researcher followed the survey approach and the historical method, and the study reached a number of results, the most important of which are: that following up and interacting with Sudanese electronic newspapers is weak, and that the language factor is an obstacle to interacting with these newspapers, the inability to acquire electronic devices prevents reading the electronic newspapers Poor internet services prohibit dealing with electronic newspapers.

The study suggested some recommendations, the most important of which are: That the state endeavors to support electronic devices to be accessible to the majority of those who want to interact with electronic newspapers.

Communication companies and those concerned with the issue of the Internet must strengthen the network so that it is available in all Sudan and at all times.

Especially the English language.
