Abstract EN

In it’s long history, Iraq has witnessed many political currents and, many political forces that are trying to again power, then comes another political force that displaces it but the grassroots remains and Iraq remains, and it’s sovereignty, prestige and unity remain.

The popular mobilization is one of the popular bases that decided to defend the land, the land and the holy places, because of their great belonging to the homeland.

They can be described as amass force in which the various religions, sects and nationalities in the country are united in the love of God and the earth.

Hence the importance of research in the the popular mobilization as a military institution, which is an essential, important, branching and supporting part of the Iraqi armed forces, which has the constitutional, legal and international legitimacy for it’s existence and the emergence of it’s work and thus enjoys both internal and international protection.
