Once nuclear energy was discovered and used in weapons and military activities and then was widely used in the peaceful field in several areas, including electricity generation, industry, agriculture, space research and other areas, it was necessary to establish a legal regulation for this order in order to prevent the use of that energy for military purposes and to use it for peaceful purposes, and represented the adoption of a number of bilateral and street international agreements that gave this right to states to use nuclear energy for peaceful purposes and prevented Or legalized its use for military purposes, and to come to the stage of establishing international bodies and the control and supervision system to ensure the use of this energy for peaceful purposes, including the International Atomic Energy Agency ( IAEA) as well as through the obligations imposed by the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Convention of 1968, since the use of this energy for peaceful purposes is a right of states and guaranteed by the international community and its bodies of all kinds, as it has been proven to all states without discrimination and is not the exclusive domain of the great powers only as is known or imagined by some.
