Abstract EN

This study aimed to measure the degree of availability of digital leadership standards among UNRWA school principals in the southern governorates of Palestine and ways to enhance them, from the perspective of school principals.

the researcher used the descriptive analytical approach, and also used a questionnaire divided into 5 domains.

the study population consisted of all principals of UNRWA schools in the southern Palestinian governorates, whose number is (278), divided into (130) male principal and (148) female principal for the scholastic year (2021-2022).

the researcher used the random sampling method, and the study sample consisted of (128) principals (males and females).

the study concluded that the degree of estimation of the study sample members to the degree of availability of standards for digital leadership among the principals of UNRWA schools in the southern governorates of Palestine is (47.84%), which is a very low degree.

based on the results of the study, the researcher recommends that professional development programs be adopted for all school employees (teacher, principals, concealers), to transform schools into digital schools, and an environment that supports digital transformation, and to communicate with experts in this field from technical colleges to invest modern programs and applications in the educational process.
