Abstract EN

This research takes a deliberative deviation as a path to study the verse of fasting, as a circulating Qur’anic text for a court obligation, by observing its deviation forms, its verbal actions, and its deliberative contexts.

To reveal the semantics produced by the language, and invested by the intuition of the experienced linguist, so he proceeds from within the text and its components to return to it, provided that the study does not isolate the text from its divine identity in time, place and context.

The honorable text to the recipient of grammatical, morphological and phonetic issues; It also sometimes resorts to statistics in an attempt to comprehend these linguistic techniques, and to extract their intertwined deliberative and deviation relations.

The research plan was based on two topics ; The first: on the deliberative dimension in the verse of fasting, and the second : on the displacement dimension in the verse, taking linguists and interpreters as a reference that varies in their ability to access the layers of the text, according to what is dictated by their intelligence, knowledge, culture and talents, and trying to draw attention to the roots of contemporary deviation and pragmatics that he alluded to.
