This study came to define the role of incubators and business development centers in supporting small and medium enterprises to achieve sustainable development, and the large and distinguished role of small and medium enterprises at the level of the national economy, as supporting and developing small and medium enterprises and encouraging their establishment through incubators and business development centers is one of the most important scientific pillars Sustainable development in developing and developed countries alike, due to the important role these projects play in advancing economic growth in general, and to address a number of imbalances that occur at the level of the economy, including creating goods and services, and contributing to eliminating the problem of unemployment, inflation, and work to reach an equilibrium in the balance of trade and the balance of payments, Contribute to eliminating the problem of unemployment and inflation, and working to reach a balance in the balance of trade and the balance of payments, all of which contributes to achieving sustainable development and is evident through the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals, all to improve life conditions and encourage support for incubators and the Business Development Center in support of entrepreneurship Small and medium-sized enterprises, according to the United Nations Development Program in the Arab Countries 2030, which is represented in the number of "17" goals.

This prompted this study by shedding light on the role and importance of business development incubators and centers in supporting entrepreneurship for small and medium enterprises to achieve sustainable development, which has been divided into several axes, i.e.

introducing small and medium enterprises, analyzing the elements of strength and weakness, and clarifying the strategy of small and medium enterprises, their characteristics, role and objectives.

He discussed incubators and their types, and presented a number of international experiences in establishing them, and Libya's experience in establishing business development centers and incubators of all kinds, and reaching the results of the study and the recommendations that were reached.
