Abstract EN

This study aims to show the level of the reality of the application of electronic management in the public administration at the alasmarya Islamic university of Zliten, and that the methodology used is the descriptive approach through a field study, which the researcher relied on the questionnaire as a basic tool for data collection, also adopted the Likert scale as it makes five It is easy to perform calculations on the answers of the sample items, while the research sample was stratified random, the study population was represented by (87) employees in the General Administration of the alasmarya Islamic University in Zliten.

The most important results of this study are that the reality of the application of electronic management is high in the public administration of the alasmarya Islamic university, while the elements of the application of electronic management in public administration at the alasmarya Islamic university in terms of the level of relative importance, and found that the most important phrase is to reduce the use of papers in administrative work, followed by Rank of the phrase to ensure the security and protection of information and confidentiality, the last phrase in terms of relative importance is to reduce the impact of personal relationships on the completion of administrative work.
