Abstract EN

The aim of the study is to shed light on the most of the penalties approved by the Moroccan legislator for business crimes.

We will analyse and interpret these penalties in order to reveal the direction taken by the legislator to deter white collar crimes.

finally, we will draw conclusions and suggestions selected from this analytical path, as an attempt to formulate a new concept of punishment that will respect the origins and foundations on which the punishment is based, and that will achieve deterrence in its general and specific concepts for criminals of a special kind.
