Abstract EN

This study examines the ways possible to consolidate the relations between Iraq and the Gulf Cooperation Council countries to further deepen economic and security collaboration, as these two variables are of vital importance to push the relations between the two parties towards advanced levels after years of fluctuation, as the time is ripe to build fruitful relations instead of rivalry.

As these two variables create strong bonds and a joint arena to confront common challenges, foremost of which terrorism, piracy and smuggling, in addition to developing military training and information intelligence exchange.

Therefore, exports and imports rose between the two parties, and horizons of economic cooperation opened up, allowing for mutual investment in an effort to consolidate security and stability in the region.
