Abstract EN

The study deals with the natural connection between the southern Arab peninsula and the African horn (Djibouti, Eritrea, Ethiopia and Somalia) during the 3rd - 1st millennium through the archaeological evidences and the civilized exchange between both regions during this period.

The research too focuses on investigating a group of archaeological evidences found which represent that relationship which may go back to the 7thmillennium with corroborated existence within the 3rd millennium.

Thus, these evidences became improved more clearly during the period of ancient Yemeni Mamelukes like the trade of raw materials (Obsidianite) and Pottery, Inscription, architecture and the process of taming in both regions.

These evidences too confirmed the deepest civilized relationship between the southern Arab peninsula and the African horn during the prehistoric period till the beginning of historic period.
