Abstract EN

1- The research deals with the legal ruling for the testimony of non-Muslims in Islamic jurisprudence, a comparative study of Yemeni law.

The research includes an introduction, three chapters, a conclusion and an index of references and resources.

2- The first chapter contains the concept of testimony, evidences of its legitimacy, its ruling, and its importance in establishing rights.

3- The second chapter includes the ruling on the testimony of non-Muslims in Islamic jurisprudence, the ruling on the testimony of a non-Muslim against a Muslim, the ruling on the testimony of a non-Muslim doctor, the ruling on the testimony of a non-Muslim against a non-Muslim, and the most preponderant opinion in that.

4- The third chapter deals with the ruling on the testimony of non-Muslims in Yemeni law.

5- The conclusion includes the most important results, which are: the validity of the testimony of a non-Muslim on the will of an infidel when traveling in case of necessity, as well as the testimony of a non-Muslim doctor in case of necessity, and the validity of the testimony of an infidel against himself and against non-Muslims.
