Abstract EN

This study aimed at determining the impact of strategic flexibility dimensions in developing creativity in community colleges in the Republic of Yemen.

The study used the descriptive method analysis.

The study population were (3125) employees, administrative and academic personnel, and the study questionnaire consisted of (342) items, based on Robert L.

Mason's equation.

The questionnaires that had been statistically processed were (489).

The data were processed by using an (SPSS 23) program.

Also, structural modeling with partial least square's algorithm (SEM-PLS) was used to test the hierarchical model at two levels, using the (SMARTPLS 3) program of modeling structural equations.

Hence, the reflective model was used for the analysis of the first level, and the formative model for the second level.

The study concluded that the dimensions of strategic flexibility had an impact on the development of creativity in community colleges in the Republic of Yemen, and there was more interest in technical creativity compared to administrative creativity.
