It is not easy to deeply study the French protectorate and its impacts on Morocco between 1912 and 1956 without dealing with local organizations as one of the moderns practices executed by the colonists in Morocco and through which they expressed -modernity models they brought to Morocco and Moroccans, especially those aligned with the colonial mentality to serve the colonizer, and this is a fact within local associations with French ties.

This allowed some Moroccans who had no problem with the French protectorate to join their ranks; and perhaps the scout associations were considered among this group while representing the brilliant face of French colonialism.

All of this pushed colonial authorities to establish many French scout associations in Morocco so as to-locally and internationally, show that beautiful side and appear as a sponsor of educational and youth activities, and in the same time to hide exploitation and colonization while claiming development and modernity values.

However, there was another national anti- colonialism movement that sought to emulate the French associative action by establishing local associations in order to spread awareness and independence values.

Therefore, we found that this movement was interested in establishing national associations, including the scout associations, where the Hassania Scouting was considered as a major evidence.
