This study deals with explaining the concept of money in language and terminology, explaining the concept of financial benefits, and the differences of jurists on this important issue, as it is one of the most important issues of jurisprudence, and it shows the division of jurists in the concept of financial benefits into two different directions: the Hanafi school of thought to the non-monetary of benefits.

Unless the contract is mentioned in the contract, as in the case of leasing, and the public doctrine is to regard the benefits from the money, and this difference in the financial benefits has led to the jurists differing in important rulings and issues in Islamic jurisprudence, the most important of which is the difference of the jurists in guaranteeing the usurped benefits, and this study aims to clarify The multiple jurisprudential implications of this difference as a whole.

And among the results of the research: the weight of the saying about the finances of the benefits, and the guarantee of the usurped, which is the saying of the public unlike the tap.
