Iraqi-Qatari relations are of great importance as they are focused on stability and the common interests of the two countries.

After the fall of the former regime in 2003, Iraq faced a phase of internal transformations and many crises, most notably its international relations and its foreign policy, and the pursuit of diplomacy and decision makers to develop these relations, including its relations with the State of Qatar.

This research structure was divided into several main axes, namely, first, Qatar - politics and economics, second, the challenges facing Iraqi Qatari relations, third: the reasons for the Iraqi Qatari rapprochement, fourth, the dimensions of Iraqi - Qatari relations, and then the conclusion that includes the conclusions that reach To her, research and some recommendations that could contribute to the development of relations between the two countries in the future.

The discussion in its four discussions deals with Iraqi- Qatari relations.

This issue cannot be dealt with without focusing on the components of the country of "emerging" countries in the economic field, international relations and regional foreign policy, after which it is a necessary input to understand the nature of the Iraqi-Qatari rapprochement in recent years in particular
