Upon the emergence of Islam, the inheritance system was legislated in order to achieve justice for all, including the women whom God has honored, and he made her the rights stipulated in the Holy Quran and the heavenly laws, and protect it and its equity from the prevailing and unfair social norms, Islam guaranteed her rights such as dowry, maintenance and inheritance, and abolish all unjust practices against it, as for inheritance.
