Abstract EN

This research deals with the meaning of rhythm in the poetic text from a semiotic point of view, as an attempt to reach the deep structure of the text through semiological interaction with the text in its linguistic context, with the aim of uncovering what the signs and symbols of the text bear in terms of the rhythm, whether internal or external.

Where rhythm reveals many of the secrets of the deep structure of the text, and the hidden meaning behind the lines, given that rhythm in the poetic text is one of the most important means that the creator uses to influence the recipient, so his message will be more effective and persuasive.

Through the application, I tried to address new models of rhythm and reveal its relationship with significance, and to show how semiotics is achieved through rhythm.

Where the poet achieves through this rhythm a deliberative achievement between himself and the recipient.
