Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the reality of the practice of the stages of strategic planning at King Fahd Security College, identify the degree of employment requirements for implementing the strategic plan at King Fahd Security College, and to identify whether there are statistically significant differences towards the study axes due to their personal and occupational variables.

To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher relied on the descriptive-analytical method and used the questionnaire as the main tool for collecting data from the study community.

The study was applied to a sample of faculty members at King Fahd Security College and their number was (214) members.

The study findings revealed that the members of the study sample agreed to a (high) degree on the reality of practicing the stages of strategic planning at King Fahd Security College, as well as the degree of employment requirements for implementing the strategic plan at King Fahd Security College.

The study’s findings revealed that there were statistically significant differences in all the study’s axes due to their personal and occupational variables.

The study recommended that the college’s senior management continue to use strategic planning methods to develop the educational, training, research, and administrative processes, the importance of the college’s senior administration spreading the culture of strategic planning among the various departments, faculty members and college workers, and including the annual training plan for human resources.
