Abstract EN

This study attempt to shed light on a colonial Dahir "charter" that was published by france during its colonisation of Morocco.

This Dahir is one the most popular french Dahir"charter" because it has a direct relation with the issue of tamazight, an issue that raise many questions.

This Dahir was a starting point for elimniating tamazight as one side of the Moroccan identity that is only limited in the arab -islamic side.

This situation led to the establishment of an Amazigh actor that criticised this elimniation and called for a historical review of many historical events, especially Dahir of "16 may 1930" that was called the berber dahir
