The specialization of rules of the noun ends with feminine-t (ta'a) suffix in chapter of shortening and the reasons of that.

And the research as it shown in the title, it is a grammatical (syntactical) research based on compile the rules which grammarian have mentioned, that it specializes in the noun ends with feminine-h (ha'a) suffix only, in the chapter of shortening (cutting of last sound or syllable of the word).

Which are eleven rules divided in heritage books of grammar, this is in the first research.

On the other hand the, the second research will be for mention the reasons which let Arabs made single out the noun which ends with feminine-t (ta'a) by those rules.
