Abstract EN

The study aimed at evaluating health services, Sudanese universities, "Alia Specialized Hospital is a model", and the researcher used the descriptive survey method, and it consisted of a questionnaire consisting of (25) phrases, which were distributed to a sample of (167) of doctors, administrators, and employees ; at the Specialized Hospital in Takhassusi in Khartoum, and the results of the study and the fields of study in the field of research and development showed (2.37 out of 5) with a grade (weak), and at the level of fields ; the planning dimension got the highest average (2.80) with a (average) rating, then focus on the customer with an average (2.50) and thirdly : leadership with an average (2.44), both with a (poor) rating, and finally the human dimension with an average (1.73) and an estimate (Very poor), and the domain of service quality as a whole received an average (2.10 out of 5) with a grade of (Poor), the results also showed a positive correlation between the dimensions of excellence (leadership, planning, human resources and customer focus) and the quality of the health service in the hospital, which amounted to (.795).

it indicates a strong relationship, and based on the results, the researcher recommended the need to pay more attention to activating the excellence department ; In order to ensure the improvement of health services in the hospital, the hospital should strive to keep pace with development and excellence by adopting modern methods that enable it to achieve its goals.
