Arabic Abstract

تهدف الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على فترة من الفترات الحالكة لإفريقيا، وهي فترة الحروب الأهلية والصراع بين القبائل الافريقية وانصب اختيارنا على نموذج روندا، هذه الدولة التي عاشت فترة صعبة في تاريخها الحديث، وهي فترة الإبادة الجماعية بداية العقد التاسع من القرن العشرين، واندلاعها لم يكن إلا نتيجة لتراكمات قديمة من الحقد والكراهية والعنصرية بين أفراد الدولة الواحدة (الهوتو والتيتسي)،التي أذكتها تدخلات خارجية كان هدفها زعزعة استقرار دولة روندا والدول الأفريقية بصفة عامة، مخلفة بذلك مئات لآلاف من القتلى في أقل من مئة يوم، وملايين الجرحى إضافة إلى جرائم الاغتصاب والتهجير والنهب...

وحتى بعد انتهاء هذه الحرب الأهلية، أصبحت البلاد آنذاك على شفا الانهيار الاقتصادي، جعل الروانديين أكبر الخاسرين من هذه الحرب رغم التدخلات الأممية التي تكللت بإقامة محكمة جنائية دولية خاصة برواندا.

English Abstract

This study aims to shed more light on one of the dark periods in Africa, it is the period of ‘civil wars and the conflict between African tribes.

Our choice has been focused on the model of Rwanda.

this country that has lived a difficult period in its modern history, which is the period of genocide at the beginning of the ninth decade of the twentieth century, and its outbreak was merely a result of old accumulations of hatred and racism among the members of the one state (Hutu and Tutsi), which were fueled by external interventions targeted to destabilize the country of Rwanda in particular and African countries in general.

This war left hundreds of thousands of people dead in less than a hundred days and other millions of wounded, rape, displacement and looting ...etc.

After the end of the civil war, the country was on the brink of economic collapse at that time, making the Rwandans the biggest losers from this war, despite the international interventions that culminated in the establishment of a special international criminal court for Rwanda.
