تتناول هذه الورقة البحثية قياس وتحليل أثر سياسة جذب الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر على نمو الصادرات الجزائرية للمدة (1986-2020) حيث تطرقنا إلى تحليل علاقة الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر بنمو الصادرات من خلال مختلف مداخل النظرية الاقتصادية المتعلقة بها، ثم تناولنا مختلف الدراسات التطبيقية التي توضح العلاقة بينهما والتي تم استنباطها من مختلف الدراسات التي أجريت على العديد من الدول، ثم حاولنا الاعتماد على الأسلوب القياسي المتمثل في أنموذج الانحدار الذاتي ذات التوزيع المتباطئ (ARDL)، لقياس العلاقة بين الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر والصادرات، وفي الأخير تم تطبيق ذلك النموذج على الاقتصاد الجزائري، حيث تبين من خلال كل هذا أن الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر لا يؤثر في نمو الصادرات، ويعزى ذلك إلى تركزه بشكل أساسي في قطاع المحروقات.
Abstract EN
This research paper deals with measuring and analyzing the impact of the policy of attracting foreign direct investment on the growth of Algerian exports for the period (1986-2020).
between them, which were derived from various studies conducted on many countries, then we tried to rely on the standard method of the autoregressive lagging distribution (ARDL) model, to measure the relationship between foreign direct investment and exports, and finally that model was applied to the Algerian economy where it was found through all this that foreign direct investment does not affect the growth of exports, and this is due to its concentration mainly in the hydrocarbon sector.
