This study aims to shed light on the role of modern management control tools in evaluating the overall performance of economic institutions, we have focused on a sustainable balanced scorecard, in order to answer the problem posed, the descriptive approach was relied on in the theoretical side and the case study approach in the applied side.

one of the most important findings of the study is that the sustainable balanced scorecard is one of the most recent tools used in evaluating comprehensive performance, as it compares the organization's objectives with what it has achieved to correct deviations.

and that the Saidal complex contains all the necessary ingredients for the implementation of the card.

the study recommended the need for the complex to adopt a sustainable balanced scorecard performance card that is directly related to its strategy.
