This research paper aims to address the investment strategies adopted by sovereign wealth funds after the financial crisis that the global economy experienced in 2008, especially since the latter had a negative impact on the performance and returns of sovereign wealth funds, and this is evident through the large losses incurred as a result of these crisis, based on this idea, this study came to stand and focus on the strategies adopted by the Norwegian global government pension fund as one of the most important leading sovereign funds in this field in addition to being the most important global sovereign wealth fund recognized for governance and transparency in the performance of investments and the returns arising from them, through this study, we reached a set of results, the most important of which is that the investment strategies adopted by the Norwegian global government pension fund achieved satisfactory results in most years through the net profits added to the fund's money.
