The study aims to identify the time management strategy of the employees of the Algerian university administration and its impact on their job performance, specifically on the category of employees of the administration of Oum El Bouaghi university, who number 630 administrators.

it was drawn in a random stratified manner, and the study concluded that there is a high level of time management among the employees of the administration of Oum El Bouaghi university.

and the presence of a very high level of job performance among the management staff of Oum El Bouaghi university.

finally, there is a statistically significant effect of the time management strategy on the job performance of the administration staff of Oum El Bouaghi university.
