تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز العلاقة بين السياسة التجارية و النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر خلال الفترة (1990-2020) باستخدام طريقة التحليل بالمركبات الأساسية (PCA)، تم اعتماد الناتج المحلي الإجمالي كمتغير تابع، معدل الانفتاح التجاري، الصادرات، الواردات و سعر الصرف، التي تمثل أدوات للسياسة التجارية، كمتغيرات مفسرة رئيسية، إضافة إلى متغيرات مفسرة أخرى.
توصلت الدراسة إلى أن هناك علاقة طردية معنوية بين الناتج المحلي الإجمالي و كل من الواردات، و تراكم رأس المال الثابت و سعر الصرف بـ 0.95، 0.85، 0.87 على الترتيب، في المقابل ارتبط الناتج المحلي الإجمالي ارتباطا سالبا معنوي فوق المتوسط مع معدل التضخم ب -0.59، أما معدل الانفتاح التجاري و الصادرات فكان ارتباطهما بالناتج المحلي الإجمالي ضعيف و غير معنوي.
Abstract EN
This study aimed to highlight the relationship between trade policy and economic growth in Algeria during the period (1990-2020), Using Principal component analysis (PCA) method.
Gross domestic product was adopted as a dependent variable, trade openness, exports, imports and the exchange rate, which represent tools of trade policy, as the main explanatory variables, in addition to other explanatory variables.
The study concluded that there is a significant positive relationship between the gross domestic product and each of the imports, fixed capital accumulation and exchange rate of 0.
