This study aims to investigate the artistic image in the poetry of ibn Khamis al-Tilmisani, who lived in the seventh century and was known in his time for mastery and exploration in the ancient words embodied in the Arabic dictionary and selected from the poems of his predecessors.

he was also known for his tendency to employ data, metaphors in his poems, which were endowed with an auditory and tasteful suit that distinguished him from his peers.
