The study aims to know the role of sports activity outside the classroom in the development of the cognitive and sensory-motor aspects of Middle school students, and to know its role in supporting the physical education and sports program in educational institutions, and for this purpose we used the descriptive approach on a sample of 120 male and female students practicing the activity the extracurricular athlete was chosen in an intended way, and we used the questionnaire, and after collecting the results and treating them statistically, it was concluded that the extracurricular sports activity has a positive role in the development of the cognitive and sensory-motor aspects of Middle school students.
