Abstract EN

This study aimed to know the role of organizational culture in improving the productivity of individuals in the company, we conducted a field study at Brimatec company for the manufacture of bricks in M'sila, where we knew the role of the three most important determinants of organizational culture (prevailing values in the organization, personal characteristics of individuals, organization) the study concluded that there is a role for organizational culture in improving the productivity of individuals in the company, as the two determinants of organizational culture had a role in improving the productivity of individuals (prevailing values in the organization, administrative organization), and the study also found that the determinant (personal characteristics of individuals) has no role in improving the productivity of individuals in the company.
