Abstract EN

This study aims at highlighting the importance of startup companies as an investment opportunity in which innovation plays a major role in the activity and growth of those companies .the study focuses on examining the extent to which the entrepreneurial culture is spread in university settings along with the university’s ability to transform its inputs from students to creative and innovative entrepreneurs.

to achieve its objectives, the study used the descriptive analytical approach through statistical processing of data by distributing 500 research questionnaires to a sample group of students from the faculty of economics commerce and management sciences-Badji Mokhtar Annaba university.

processing was done by the statistical packages for social sciences program (SPSS).

the study found out a set of results, most notably the great role of entrepreneurial culture in encouraging freelance and achieving independence.
