The province of Bouira is among the Algerian wilayas affected by the proliferation of the phenomenon of precarious housing with 33174 dilapidated dwellings in 1999, which threatens the lives of a significant number of citizens.
however, thanks to the strategy of the Algerian state, the number is decreased and reached in 2020 to 5116.
in this work, a methodology was used to expose the socio-economic impact of the program of resorption of precarious housing financed by the world bank since 1999.
a field survey was carried out within the organizations that intervene in the fight against this scourge.
followed by examples of the RHP program in Bouira.
it was concluded that the province of bouira benefited from 23785 housing between 1999 and 2014 under RHP.
the program has been able to rehouse hundreds of families, but it has approved its failure, because of the tight and merged problems after having the housing.

La wilaya de Bouira est parmi les wilayas Algériennes touchées par la prolifération du phénomène de l'habitat précaire avec 33174 habitations vétustes en 1999, qui menace la vie d'un nombre important des citoyens.
cependant, grâce à la stratégie de l'etat Algérien, le nombre est diminué et atteindre en 2020 à 5116.
dans ce travail, on a procédé une méthodologie qui se à exposer l'impact socio-économique du programme de résorption de l'habitat précaire financé par la banque mondial depuis 1999.
comme on a procédé une enquête de terrain au sein des organismes qui interviennent à la lutte contre ce fléau.
suivie des exemples sur le programme d'rhp dans la wilaya de bouira.
on a conclu que la wilaya de bouira a bénéficié de 23785 logements entre 1999 et 2014 dans le cadre de rhp.
le programme a pu reloger des centaines de familles, mais il a approuvé son échec, à cause de l'étroitement et les problèmes fusionnés après avoir le logement.
