Abstract EN

This research deals with the topic of solidary insurance through the house of community in Tuat in the South-West of Algeria.

it discusses insurance in general and specifically solidarity insurance, providing a realistic field study in the region of Tsabit in the province of Adrar represented by bayt al-jama'a (the house of community) which embodies the principle of solidarity insurance in Tuat.

since bayt al-jama'a still operates under the same system it was established upon, some of its resources have become scarce, and some of its expenses are no longer necessary for the community.

therefore, I will try to investigate mechanisms for its improvement and restructuring, concluding by a presentation of the most important findings and recommendations.
